Consulting Experience

Marc Greeley is a Director and oversees the HVS Nashville Consulting and Valuation office. During his time at HVS, Marc has performed dozens of hotel valuations and consulting projects. The breadth of his experiences includes full-service luxury properties, indoor waterpark resorts, and smaller boutique properties. His location in one of the strongest real estate investment markets in the country has helped him to become an expert in the Nashville lodging market and the surrounding region. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business with a minor in Real Estate Investment Management. Prior to joining HVS, Marc completed internships with Bedrock Detroit’s Hospitality team, White Lodging, and the Michigan State University Foundation. During his time at Michigan State, he was involved with different student organizations including Spartan Beverage Society, Real Estate Investment Club, and Pi Sigma Epsilon, for which he served as Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations.
