Consulting Experience

A Director with HVS, McKenna Luke, MAI, resides in South Carolina. McKenna has extensive nationwide hotel consulting experience, having lived and worked in Colorado, Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and most recently, South Carolina. She holds a certified general appraisal license and is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). McKenna’s background in hospitality spans from hotel operations to advisory roles related to full-service hotel acquisitions and new developments. Her expertise includes small independent motels, extensive resorts, full-service metropolitan hotels, and historic conversions. She has authored articles about the dynamics of the Oklahoma City hotel market, insights from regional hotel conferences, and the health and wellness trend within the U.S. hotel industry. McKenna graduated summa cum laude from the University of Denver, from which she later earned an MBA.
