He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Hospitality Management with Financial Performance Management from Les Roches. Prior to joining HVS in 2023, Rutger gained restaurant and hotel experience with Hotel Jackson in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Marriott International in Amsterdam. These experiences have fueled his passion for the analytical side of the hospitality industry and developed his ability to provide excellent customer service.
