Robert Fitzpatrick is a consulting and valuation analyst with the HVS New York City office. He is a two-time graduate of Florida International University's Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, completing a Master of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a specialization in Real Estate Development in 2021. In addition, Robert holds certifications in Leadership, Hospitality Management & the Internet of Things (IoT), as well as a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA).
Prior to joining HVS, Robert held several positions in hospitality sales and operations. He worked as an event sales manager for the American Museum of Natural History, a catering sales manager and food and beverage manager for the former Le Parker Meridien hotel, and various other positions in the hotel front-office and food and beverage departments. His experiences have taken him all over the country, including Miami, Florida; Houston, Texas; and Palm Springs, California; as well as internationally at the Regal Airport Hotel in Hong Kong.
