Matt Almy is a Senior Associate with the HVS Americas Brokerage & Advisory division who specializes in the acquisition and disposition of hotels across the Gulf Coast. He has managed a portfolio of on-market properties totaling more than $100 million across a wide range of franchises, including Wyndham, Choice, IHG, Marriott, Hilton, and others. Matt believes in exceeding expectations to meet his clients' needs, helping them realize their goals.
 
Matt brings with him a background in entrepreneurship, fundraising, and sales to the commercial real estate industry. During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, he specialized in hotel investments and sales across the state of Louisiana. Prior to that, he assisted the debt markets team with loan analysis at Hillwood, a leading real estate developer. Matt earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate sales agent in Texas.
