Hannah Homack

Senior Manager

In her role as a Consulting & Valuation Senior Manager at HVS Portland, Hannah Homack helps hotel owners, developers, lenders, and investors make informed decisions with confidence. Combining rigorous market research, detailed financial analysis, and a deep understanding of hospitality real estate, she provides clients with the objective insights needed to evaluate opportunities, mitigate risk, and maximize value. Hannah is actively involved in conducting field visits, analyzing market dynamics, engaging with industry stakeholders, and assessing economic trends that influence hotel performance. Supported by HVS’s global platform, extensive data resources, and industry-leading methodologies, she delivers trusted guidance that helps clients navigate complex decisions in an evolving hospitality landscape.

Prior to joining HVS, Hannah built a strong operational and revenue-management foundation through hands-on hospitality experience. She began her career at the newly opened dual-brand Hyatt Place/Hyatt House in Denver, Colorado, as a front desk guest-experiences associate. She later held the roles of Night-Audit Supervisor, Group Rooms Coordinator, and Revenue Analyst for the same property. Hannah also has previous experience as a Corporate Revenue Manager for Azul Hospitality Group, managing several Hyatt, Wyndham, and Choice Hotels properties. This firsthand experience managing hotel operations, forecasting demand, optimizing revenue strategies, and responding to owner priorities gives Hannah valuable perspective in her current advisory role. Her background enables her to approach feasibility studies, market analyses, and valuation assignments with a practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities hotel stakeholders face in day-to-day operations. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Colorado.

"As an airport sponsor, we understand aviation operations, infrastructure development, and air service strategy. However, our knowledge of the hospitality industry—beyond recognizing that hotels are commonly located at airports—was limited. HVS provided the expertise we needed to bridge that gap. Their team delivered a thorough, data-driven market analysis that was both professional and easy to understand. They took the time to explain industry metrics, development considerations, and risk factors in a way that allowed our Board to make informed decisions with confidence. HVS demonstrated a strong understanding of airport-related lodging demand and the unique dynamics of regional markets like ours. We found HVS to be responsive, knowledgeable, and strategic in their approach. Their work has positioned us to move forward thoughtfully and competitively as we explore hotel development opportunities on airport property." – Rodger Craddock, Coos County Airport District

"I use many service providers in our business and was wildly impressed by the HVS team and their work product. So often it feels like I am pulling teeth to get other service providers to finish a job, but Zabada and her team at HVS delivered our reports when they had committed to doing so. They communicated with me throughout the process so I always knew the status and what was happening on the back end. Overall, this was a very positive experience." – Christine Brunke, Monument Hospitality
