Experience

Eric Guerrero is a Senior Managing Director and a Partner at HVS, leading the firm's Brokerage & Advisory division in the United States. With over a decade of investment sales experience, he has participated in hundreds of hotel transactions with an aggregate value of over $800 million across the nation. Eric has advised both private investors and institutional clients and has managed hotel transactions of all classes and sizes, from independent, $1-million, limited-service hotels to $50-million, select-service portfolios across multiple states. Eric leverages his longstanding industry relationships, together with HVS’s extensive market intelligence, to maximize value for his clients. Each managed transaction is supported by a team of experienced HVS professionals. This approach provides clients with an exceptionally high level of quality and a close rate of over 95.0% on transactions that go under contract.

Prior to founding the HVS Americas Brokerage & Advisory Division, Eric held positions as First Vice President at CBRE Hotels and as Director of the National Hospitality Group at Marcus & Millichap, where he executed hotel transactions in the South-Central United States. Eric is a licensed real estate broker in Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, New Mexico, and Florida.
