James Rebullida is a Senior Vice President for the HVS Brokerage & Advisory division in Houston. He has been involved in hundreds of hospitality transactions and has performed valuations on over $2 billion of hotel investment properties. Since joining HVS, James has risen from an analyst to a producer role, actively participating in over 30 hotel transactions with an aggregate value of over $250 million across the United States. His current responsibilities include business development, deal execution, and overall team support. His strong experience allows him to manage transactions effectively through the underwriting, marketing, due diligence, and closing stages of the process.

Previously, James was an Associate at Concord Hospitality, where he and the team successfully added to the portfolio through third-party management, acquisition, and development;  prior to that, James was a Senior Financial Analyst for CBRE Hotels and Marcus & Millichap. James graduated magna cum laude and earned his degree in Finance from the University of Houston.
