Janet Ott is the global Chief Marketing Officer of HVS. In this role, Janet is responsible for the global management of the HVS brand and delivering an integrated, worldwide marketing strategy. She oversees all marketing-related activities including client experience, digital marketing, events and sponsorships, marketing communications and programs, as well as sales and marketing effectiveness.
Janet joined HVS in February 2017 to take on this newly created role. She previously served as the global Chief Marketing Officer of GfK, based in Europe and prior to that held senior leadership roles in the US and Europe at American Express, Chase and D&B.
Janet has spent her professional career driving marketing transformation and excellence, creating Go-To-Market strategies that drive strong customer focus, help to scale businesses globally and accelerate revenue growth. She marries creativity with business rigor to optimize operations and improve business results. She has been the trusted advisor and speechwriter for multiple CEOs and has extensive client management experience.
Janet is an Advisory Board Member for @CX – the Customer Experience Program at Rutgers University. She is also a judge for the “B2 Awards”, selecting the best B2B Advertising for the Business Marketing Association, an Adjunct Faculty member at Montclair State University, and a New Jersey State Council Member for the Humane Society.
