Bruno Baudin Tardio developed his passion for the hospitality industry through an international background shaped by growing up in Dubai. He graduated from EHL Hospitality Business School, one of the world’s leading hospitality management schools, and began his career with international experiences in Thailand with Minor Hotels, including exposure to a distressed investment vehicle focused on hospitality assets, before moving to Turkey as a hospitality consultant, primarily working on greenfield hotel development projects. He subsequently joined Hotel Investment Partners (HIP), where he spent more than three and a half years working across hospitality asset management, real estate with exposure to projects across Spain, Italy, Portugal and Greece. He joined HVS Madrid in 2026, where he focuses on the Iberian hospitality market.
