Having grown up discovering new cultures, she brings a truly international perspective, complemented by professional experience in France, Australia, the Middle East, and the United States. Working across these diverse markets has enhanced her adaptability and strengthened her ability to collaborate effectively in a global industry. Prior to joining HVS, Josephine gained experience with Accor in branded residences and hospitality real estate development while working in Dubai, where she contributed to luxury and lifestyle projects.

Josephine earned her Bachelor of Science in F&B and Hospitality Management from Ferrandi Paris and her Master of Management in Hospitality with a Graduate Minor in Real Estate from Cornell University. Her academic work focused on real estate finance, investment analysis, and advanced financial modeling. She is fluent in French and English.
