As a Consulting & Valuation Associate at HVS, Katherine Cameron plays an active role in gathering and analyzing market data, which form the foundation of our work, by conducting extensive fieldwork, visiting hotels, speaking with local stakeholders, and studying market dynamics. Katherine helps build feasibility and market studies, as well as valuation and consulting deliverables, that support hotel owners, developers, lenders, and investors in understanding opportunities, assessing risks, and making confident decisions in a fast-moving hospitality landscape. Backed by HVS’s global expertise and rigorous methodology, Katherine ensures that every project reflects our commitment to precision, integrity, and client success.

Before joining HVS, she worked in the fields of financial services and hospitality at eClerx and Delta Capita. Katherine’s time at Tier-1 investment banks in New York City included KYC refresh and due-diligence projects. She holds a Master of Science from EHL Hospitality Business School, having focused on comprehensive market and feasibility studies, advanced finance, and real estate finance. Katherine combines outstanding organizational abilities with exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling her to navigate complex analyses and foster meaningful connections.
