Manolis Papastefanakis joined HVS in September 2025 after gaining international experience in the tourism sector during his MBA studies at Les Roches, Switzerland. During this time, he was involved in projects related to hotel asset management, digital transformation, sustainability initiatives, and revenue optimization. He began his career in the industrial sector and later moved into consulting, where he developed experience in financial analysis and business strategy. Most recently, he transitioned to hospitality consulting with a specialization in revenue & performance management.

He holds an MBA in Global Hospitality Management from Les Roches, Switzerland, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia, Greece.
