Garrett Coleman is a Consulting and Valuation Senior Associate with the HVS Boston office, where he plays a key role in building the market intelligence that underpins our advisory work. His responsibilities span comprehensive field research, hotel site visits, stakeholder interviews, and in‑depth market analysis. Garrett supports the development of feasibility and market studies, as well as valuation and consulting reports that empower hotel owners, developers, lenders, and investors to navigate opportunities and challenges with confidence. Guided by HVS’s global network and analytical rigor, he helps ensure that every report is insightful, precise, and aligned with our clients’ strategic goals.

Prior to joining HVS, Garrett graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business and a minor in Real Estate. While at MSU, Garrett gained hands-on experience through internships and industry leadership, including operational and managerial training at Pompano Beach Club in Bermuda. He also served as a delegate at the Young Hospitality Summit in Switzerland, where he explored emerging trends in global hospitality. Garrett uses his industry insight and analytical skills to support clients with reliable, data-driven valuation and consulting services.
