Héloise Adèle Gauthier is a bilingual Associate based in the Montreal office. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (HES-SO) in International Hospitality Management from EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. Before joining HVS, Héloise Adèle acquired experience in Hotel Real Estate across Europe and further strengthened her analytical skills through her work in Revenue Management in the Middle East. Her experiences in various F&B and Room operations roles in France, the United Kingdom, and Morocco have provided her with in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, giving her a thorough understanding of hotel operations across different divisions and regions. Héloise Adèle is a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is actively working towards her AACI designation.
