Jon is a Director with the firm’s brokerage arm HVS Hodges Ward Elliott, having joined the company in 2022.

He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and has approximately 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry, focusing on the hotel sector for over a decade.

He has previously held senior positions at Avison Young, Knight Frank and CBRE.

Having worked on single assets, hotel portfolios and development projects throughout EMEA, Jon has advised on well over €20bn of hospitality assets and buy side advisory projects in the last decade.

Jon graduated from The University of Leeds with a BA (Hons) in Economics and has an MA (Hons) degree in Commercial Property from the University of Sheffield.

Jon is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
