Fadi Rawashdeh is a Vice President for the HVS Brokerage & Advisory division in Houston. He provides guidance for every aspect of the transaction process, including hotel valuation, disposition strategy, marketing, due diligence, and escrow. Fadi has been involved in hundreds of hospitality transactions and performed valuations on over $2 billion of hotel investment properties.
Prior to joining HVS Brokerage & Advisory, Fadi worked for the HVS Consulting & Valuation division as a Project Manager. During his time in that role, he performed services on 100+ hotel assets, ranging from economy class to upper-upscale hotels. Before joining HVS, he conducted financial analyses, underwrote transactions, and performed market and transaction analyses at CBRE Hotels. Fadi earned his BS in Finance from the University of Houston.
