HVS Brokerage & Advisory announces the sale of the 111-key Holiday Inn San Antonio North - Stone Oak Area, located in San Antonio, Texas.
HOUSTON, TX, March 6, 2026: HVS Brokerage & Advisory announces the sale of the 111-key Holiday Inn San Antonio N - Stone Oak Area, located at 19280 Redland Road, San Antonio, Texas 78259.
 
The property, built in 2010, was purchased by Schreiner and Kwon Inc., based in Richland, Washington, from Stone Oak Hotel, LLC, based in Houston, Texas.

The property is located in the rapidly expanding Stone Oak submarket of San Antonio, strategically situated near a dense commercial development corridor, proximate to the U.S. Highway 281 and Loop 1604 interchange. As part of a 4,300-acre, master-planned community, Stone Oak is experiencing significant growth in both the commercial and residential sectors, driven by its proximity to major corporate demand generators such as Marathon Petroleum Corporation, Silotech Group Inc., Black Brush Oil & Gas, EOG Resources, Stakeholder Midstream, Millenium PetroCapital Corporation, Energy Transfer Partners LP, iHeartMedia (headquarters), and Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. Leisure demand generators include TPC San Antonio Golf Course, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Seaworld San Antonio, University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), the San Antonio River Walk, and the Alamodome.
