HOUSTON, TX, November 18, 2025: HVS Brokerage & Advisory announces the sale of the Home2 Suites by Hilton Waco-Bellmead Development Parcel, located to the east of the intersection formed by Research Avenue and Interstate 35 (I-35) Frontage Road in Bellmead, Texas.
The parcel was purchased by Bellmead Hospitality LLC, based in Irving, Texas, from Lalani Lodging, Inc., based in Waco, Texas.
The property is favorably located near I-35, just north of Loop 340. Bellmead’s proximity to Waco, within a ten-minute drive, allows residents and visitors to enjoy a variety of tourism and leisure attractions nearby. Waco has become a tourist destination since the opening of the Magnolia Market at the Silos in 2015. While Baylor University remains the city’s primary economic anchor and a major driver of demand, Waco has experienced a diversification in industries over the past two decades. Corporate demand generators in the area include Mars Wrigley, L3Harris Technologies, TYMCO, Neighborly Brands, Texas State Technical College, Waco Regional Airport, Cargill, and Waco Convention Center. Leisure attractions include Waco Surf Water Park, McLane Stadium, Downtown Waco, Cameron Park Zoo, the Dr Pepper Museum, and the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame & Museum, as well as the Brazos River.
