The HVS Hotel Operating Statement Insights Report (HVS-HOSI Report) includes the 2025 operating data for the United States, as a whole, aggregated from our entire database of property data.
On the first tab of the Excel workbook, data are provided by three points of comparison for limited-, select-, and full-service hotel categories:
- Percent of Revenue
- Dollars per Available Room
- Dollars per Occupied Room
On the second tab of the Excel workbook, data are provided by a hotel price category comparison for each of the three aforementioned points of data (%, PAR, POR) for the following classifications:
- Luxury
- Upper Upscale
- Upscale
- Upper Midscale
- Midscale
- Economy
