Canadian Lodging Outlook Quarterly 2016-Q3

This is a time of contrasts in the Canadian Lodging Market. Resource based markets are suffering due to low oil prices, however leisure markets, most particularly in Luxury and Resort markets are benefiting from demand induced by the low-oil Loonie.

HVS and STR are pleased to provide you with the quarterly report of the Canadian Lodging Outlook.  Each report includes occupancy (occ), average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) for six major markets.
