Lee-Anne Singer HVS Middle East & Africa is pleased to announce the appointment of Bhavna Bhatia as Partner - Executive Search, recognising her nearly two decades of contribution to the firm and her role in shaping senior talent across the MEA hospitality and real estate sectors.

Across the Middle East, Africa and India, Bhavna has supported organisations through periods of expansion, restructuring, ownership transitions, and strategic change. Her work has been a consistent thread in the evolution of senior talent that defines today’s hospitality landscape - reinforcing boards, guiding CEOs and supporting investors as they build resilient, future-ready organisations.

Bhavna’s approach blends a deep understanding of people with a clear, rigorous view of organisational dynamics. She is known for assessing executive readiness, interpreting culture with precision and aligning senior appointments with long-term commercial priorities. Clients value her sound judgement, discretion, and clarity, particularly when navigating senior-level decisions that require both sensitivity and structure. Combined with her insight into cross-market dynamics and her calm, methodical handling of high-stakes mandates, she has become a cornerstone of the Executive Search practice at HVS MEA.

Reflecting on this new role, Bhavna shared, “I am honoured to step into this position and continue supporting our clients across MEA. Executive Search is a discipline built on trust, clarity, and a shared understanding of what organisations need at pivotal moments. I look forward to strengthening our partnerships and contributing to leadership solutions that create long-term value.”

She has been instrumental in strengthening our Executive Search practice, and her leadership will continue to enhance the value we deliver throughout the region.”
