Consulting Experience

As a Senior Project Manager with HVS Chicago, Justin Kaminski has appraised and consulted on hundreds of hotels throughout the Midwestern region, including major markets such as Chicago, Des Moines, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, and Minneapolis. Justin belonged to Marriott’s Breakthrough Leadership Program while working at the historic JW Marriott Camelback Inn Resort and Spa and went on to manage food & beverage operations and revenues for full-service resorts, Downtown Chicago hotels, and McDonald’s famous Hamburger University. Prior to joining HVS, he worked for Kimpton Hotels as an Area Revenue Analyst, examining new opportunities for revenue generation and effective yield management for four of the company’s upper-upscale, boutique hotels in Chicago. Justin earned a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University.
