Kyle Peterek, a Senior Associate for the HVS Brokerage & Advisory division, focuses on conducting extensive financial analysis and market research, supporting the investment sales team to drive maximal client outcomes. Prior to joining the HVS team in early 2022, Kyle developed his skillset and knowledge of the hospitality real estate sector as a Senior Financial Analyst with CBRE's South Central hotel team. During his tenure at CBRE, he was involved in the underwriting, marketing, and delivery of over 200 hospitality transactions, totaling $1.26 billion in deal volume.
