A Senior Consultant based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Laura Kalcevic is an expert in the regional lodging market. She has almost 20 years of extensive national and international experience in the real estate industry. During her consulting career, Laura has focused on commercial real estate developments and acquisitions, completing assignments throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, Central America, and the Caribbean. Whether you plan to build, refinance, reposition, or invest in a hotel, it pays to consult an expert like Laura with a broad base of knowledge and a finely honed approach to detail.
 
Laura is also active in the educational community and has taught in the MBA and Executive Education Certificate Programs at Cornell University since 2018. She was an adjunct professor at New York University prior to becoming faculty at Cornell. Laura also created the Certification in Hospitality Analytics (CHIA) Program for STR (now CoStar). She applies her industry experience and academic credentials to ensure superior results for clients.
