Consulting Experience
Ayushi Shah is a consulting and valuations analyst with the HVS Washington, D.C. office. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in international hotel management from Les Roches in Switzerland and a Master of Management in Hospitality from Boston University. Her educational background reflects her deep interest in the field of hospitality. Prior to joining HVS in 2022, she gained knowledge and experience working in various aspects within the industry, acquiring operational understanding from working in food and beverage at Emirates Golf Club in Dubai and managing guest services and the rooms department at the Golden Tulip in Kenya. Ayushi’s experience also includes working in procurement and construction supervision with JM Developers for a proposed Hyatt in Kenya.
