As a Senior Project Manager with HVS Dallas, Hunter has conducted more than 200 appraisals and more than 50 feasibility/market studies in twelve states. These assets have ranged from roadside, budget motels to luxury/trophy assets in downtown districts. He has also authored several articles on markets throughout Texas. Before joining HVS, Hunter held management positions for the Eureka! Restaurant Group and as a food-service facility renovation consultant. Hunter graduated with a degree in Hospitality Administration from Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration, with concentrations in Restaurant Development and IT and a minor in Real Estate. During college, he served as President and Vice President of the Hotelie Entrepreneurs Club.
