Patrick’s prior work in hospitality and real estate includes experience in investments, asset management, underwriting, and evaluations for acquisition and origination opportunities. Before joining HVS, Patrick worked as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Epiphany, a strategic branding agency for luxury hotels and resorts. During his ten years at Epiphany, Patrick guided executive decision making with an aim to ensure sustainable growth for clients’ portfolios of hotels. His work at the firm also involved developing detailed quantitative analyses and models for forecasting future revenue, as well as risk management and operational efficiencies. Once a licensed real estate broker, Patrick also worked with Metro Brokers Denver, helping clients navigate complex real estate transactions and developing market studies to produce valuations of residential and commercial real estate. Patrick graduated from the University of Colorado in Denver with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
Patrick has a passion for ultra-luxury hotels and resorts, both as a guest and professional. He also volunteers for various charitable organizations and enjoys taking in the arts. Patrick’s personal travels hone in on historic places, backpacking trips through the remote wilderness, and simply relaxing on the beach.
