HVS Executive Search Promotes Haydn Lam and Appoints Jens Busch in Asia Pacific.
Jens Busch has joined HVS Executive Search as Vice President, based in Macau, China. Jens started his career in the hospitality and integrated casino resorts industry and has gained more than two decades of experience with Hyatt Hotels, Marriott International, Jumeirah Hotels and Sands China Ltd. Jens is equipped with an extensive network and leadership insights which he leverages at HVS Executive Search to fulfil senior management appointments with clients across Asia Pacific. He graduated with a Diploma in Hotel Management and Tourism from MODUL Vienna School of Hotel and Tourism, before his career took him to Salt Lake City, San Diego, London, Dubai, Kota Kinabalu, Guangzhou and Macau. Prior to joining HVS, Jens was most recently leading Marriott’s largest global rooms operations, at the Sheraton and St. Regis Hotels in Macau with a combined count of 4,401 rooms. In June 2019 he completed the SC Johnson College of Business General Managers program at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
Haydn Lam has been promoted to Vice President at HVS Executive Search, based in Hong Kong. Haydn is focusing on the Hospitality & Leisure and Real Estate industry, recruiting middle to senior management roles across the Asia Pacific region. Born in Hong Kong, Haydn grew up in Toronto, Canada and has over 15 years of working experience. Haydn specializes in pinpointing outstanding talent in the hospitality & real estate development sector and was part of the pre-opening team of the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong and also worked with Regus and Morgan Stanley. Haydn has a hospitality diploma from Seneca College of Applied Art & Technology in Toronto and is enrolled in an Executive MBA program from Henley in the UK.
