Stacey Nadolny, Senior Vice President and Partner, will speak at “Hotel Values in a Rising Market.” The panel will run from 11 a.m. to noon on Thursday, March 26. An expert on hotel markets in the Midwest, Stacey oversees the Consulting and Valuation practice in Chicago and has conducted hundreds of appraisal assignments for hotels and resorts in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio, as well as volatile oil-and-gas-driven markets in Montana and North Dakota.
“Hotel values will be center stage at this year’s Hunter Hotel Conference,” said HVS Senior Managing Director Rod Clough, MAI. “A whole host of hotels are coming up for sale, and lenders are coming to the table—for projects whose values warrant the investment. It’s similar with new development—which hotel markets and projects have the potential to outperform in terms of values five years down the line? We look forward to contributing to that discussion.”
Three additional hotel valuation experts from HVS will meet with delegates at the 2015 Hunter Hotel Conference, discussing insights on hotel values and performance in markets throughout the region. The conference, held at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, begins Wednesday, March 25 and runs through Friday, March 27.
Mike Brophy and Heidi Nielsen of HVS Atlanta, and HVS New Orleans Managing Director Adam Lair, will host an exhibition booth and be on hand for discussions of hotel values, transactions, and market performance.
