As part of its ongoing relationship, HVS is working with Choice Hotels International to assist in the identification, selection, and market research of 25 sites in the U.S. for development of new Cambria Suites hotels. Choice Hotels International has initiated an aggressive campaign to rapidly expand its upscale, select-service, Cambria Suites brand. Engaging HVS to apply its market intelligence and networking connections to this corporate goal, Choice aims to accelerate its national expansion of the Cambria Suites brand.
Moreover, Choice has developed a flexible range of financing incentives to assist developers and landowners in the successful development of 25 new Cambria Suites hotels nationally. Specifically, Choice is considering cash investments of up to 20% equity in various developments. Alternatively, Choice has provided financing for up to 75% of a project’s development costs to certain developers who have secured prime development locations.
