HVS Capital Corp Successfully Arranges the Sale of the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn in Antioch, Tennessee

HVS Capital Corp (HVSCC) is pleased to announce that it served as exclusive advisor to the court appointed Receiver in the sale of the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn in the Nashville suburb of Antioch, Tennessee.

HVS Capital Corp (HVSCC) is pleased to announce that it served as exclusive advisor to the court appointed Receiver in the sale of the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn in the Nashville suburb of Antioch, Tennessee. The portfolio was sold to a private owner/operator and comprised 225 rooms, 2,500 square feet of meeting space, outdoor pools, and food and beverage facilities.
