JN+A Project Wins Hilton Brand Award

One of JN+A's recent renovation projects, the Hampton Inn Lake Havasu City, AZ, received an award at Hilton's Focused-Service Brands Conference for 2004.
The Hampton Inn Lake Havasu City, Arizona won the award for 2004's Best Conversion at Hilton's Focused Service Brand Conference. HVS Alliance Partner Jonathan Nehmer + Associates, Inc. (JN+A) was the Architect for the project. The conference, held from February 13-16, 2005 in Las Vegas, recognized the top developers, conversion projects, new construction projects, and hotel performers among Hilton's Focused Service Brands. With many Hampton Inn conversion projects taking place in 2004, receiving the Best Conversion award conveys a significant honor on the Lake Havasu property, the Owner (ZMC Hotels), and the design team. Converted from a Holiday Inn, the 170-room Hampton Inn underwent an extensive renovation and repositioning while changing brands. JN+A, along with the project Interior Designer, subtly incorporated regional flavor into the design without creating a "cliche" southwestern feel. The renovation successfully transformed the personality of the property. Photos of the property can be found on the JN+A website at: www.nehmer.com, in the "Experience" section.
