A panel discussion will follow, focusing on lending and valuation parameters for hotels and featuring experienced hotel owners, analysts, and insiders active in the region.
The panel will examine the current availability, challenges, and stipulations of hotel financing, including the essential facts and decision points that lenders use to evaluate loan applications and what hotel owners need to know to effectively position their hotels.
The event will begin with a 7:30 a.m. breakfast reception, followed by a presentation and panel discussion from 8-10 a.m., and concluding with networking opportunities from 10-11 a.m. There is no cost for registration. HVS hotel consulting and appraisal associates will offer giveaways via an exhibition booth at each Summit.
