HVS/American Hospitality Management Company is a venture between hospitality consultancy HVS International,
based in Mineola, NY, and hotel-management/consulting firm American Hospitality Management Company, based
in Tiverton, RI. HVS/American Hospitality Management Company. manages hotels for investment groups as well as
lending institutions and has capital available to advance as loans or equity for its managed properties.
The Fisher Island Club Hotel and Resort, a member of Leading Hotels of the World, is part of the historic
Vanderbilt Mansion on Fisher Island, off the tip of Miami Beach. The resort hotel is made up of 65 elegant suites,
