The Mid-Year Major Transactions Report provides a listing of 87 hotel sales which occurred between January and June of 2005 with a reported price of $10 million or greater, as compiled by HVS. ($600)
The Mid-Year Mid-Market Transactions Report provides a listing of 63 hotel sales which occurred between January and June of 2005 with a reported price of $3.0 million to $9.9 million, as compiled by HVS. ($750)
Each survey includes the hotel name, city, state, room count, month of sale, sale price, buyer, and seller for each transaction.
