Stephen Rushmore Jr., MAI, FRICS, as President and CEO of HVS, directs the worldwide operation of the firm and is responsible for future office expansion and new product development. He is a state-certified general appraiser and frequently lectures at major hotel schools and industry associations around the world. Stephen earned his degree from Cornell University's School of Hospitality Administration.
