The HVS Assignment
Due to personnel changes in the sales department of the hotel, in addition to the planned property renovation, repositioning and renaming, the hotel ownership retained HVS Sales & Marketing Services to conduct their first sales assessment.

Results
HVS detailed a report outlining the strengths and weaknesses of the hotel's sales activities, and assembled a comprehensive action plan to improve sales operations and help the team think more creatively. HVS also identified a new competitive set for the hotel to use in its sales positioning.
