- The 200-room resort with 18-hole golf course, 2,278 sqm (24,500 sqft) of meeting space, four food and beverage venues, with swimming pools, tennis courts and other sports facilities is located only 30 minutes from central Paris, France in the upscale area of Chantilly.
- Our client, a US institutional fund manager desired to achieve the highest price and best terms in the sale of the shares of the special purpose vehicle that owns the real estate and operations of the resort.
