Responsibilities
This individual would be responsible for the preparation of marketing materials and investment analyses for real estate transactions with a heavy orientation towards the hospitality sector and development projects. Transactions will include raising equity, debt capital, and investments made by the firm. Provide primary analytical support to deal team. Primary activities performed by a financial analyst include:
- Identify, request and organize information required for evaluating advisory assignments.
- Prepare offering memoranda for various assignments, including writing property overview, market analysis, developing financial projections and assumptions, and structuring of potential transactions. This includes developing graphics/maps, selecting production materials and formatting.
- Assemble due diligence information for investors.
- Work with and support other members of the deal team.
- Assist with maintenance of various firm databases and resources.
- Available for travel throughout North America, job could require working occasional nights and weekends.
- Extensive client exposure directly with hotel, golf and fractional ownership properties leaders and client company presidents/senior level executives.

Senior Associate/Investment Banker
Qualifications
Applicants must have a Bachelors degree with a major in finance, accounting, economics or hospitality. Preferably applicants will have three years actual hospitality investment banking experience or similar real estate/finance experience.

Responsibilities
- Investment Brokerage (Buy or Sell Side): Assist and work with investment bankers in identifying, originating, offering for sale and closing hospitality oriented assets including hotels, resorts, golf and fractional ownership properties.
- Financing: Assist and work with senior investment bankers in identifying, originating, debt placement and closing financing oriented transactions including hotels, resorts, golf and time share. This can include new construction and refinance of existing properties.
- Extensive Exposure: Work on major, high-profile hospitality industry projects.
