HVS Washington, DC, established in 2008, performs consulting and valuation work to track, comprehend and predict these shifts for hotel clients in regional markets from landmark hotels in D.C., Baltimore and Philadelphia, to suburban and resort properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Our office is directed by David Fuller, a graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Management and Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). Partner Rod Clough is also a Cornell graduate and MAI; both have worked in the hotel and real estate consulting and appraisal industries for 20 or more years.
