Consulting & Valuation - Toronto - Overview

HVS Toronto, established in 1993 by Betsy McDonald, MAI, AACI, FRICS, can handle your needs in Canada including the Northwest Territories, the Yukon and Nunavut, and the eastern provinces. With MAI (Member of the United States Appraisal Institute), AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) and FRICS (Fellow, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) designations, we understand the Uniform Standards of the U.S. and Canada; our appraisals are accepted on both sides of the border.

All our associates hold university degrees in hotel administration and are taking further courses toward AACI designation at the University of British Columbia. In fact, the University is responsible for all AACI education in Canada and its hotel course was written by HVS managing directors Betsy MacDonald, Suzanne Mellen, MAI, CRE, and Steve Rushmore, MAI, CRE, CHA.
