Our staff maintains appraisal certification in nearly all 50 states. All hotel appraisers and consultants are college educated and pursuing additional certified valuation training, and all have hotel operations experience - from front desk and housekeeping, to sales and marketing - to give them intimate knowledge of how a hotel works and should perform in its market.
