With an office in London since the early 1990s, HVS International offers its consulting and valuation services to clients with interests in the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

The HVS International London office has appraised more than 1500 hotels or projects in 50 countries since its founding in 1990 in all of the major markets within the EMEA region. Many of our clients are leading hotel companies, hotel development and investment groups, and banks, and the firm is on the valuation panels of several of the leading international financial institutions with interests in financing hotels and portfolios.

Our consulting and valuations assignments are staffed by people who fully understand the hospitality industry. Most have degrees or MBAs in hotel management, and actual hotel operating experience as well as extensive training in real estate, or are chartered surveyors and members of the RICS. Most speak a second European language.

In addition to our typical hotel consulting and valuation services, the London office offers a full array of market feasibility studies, development consulting, timeshare studies, due diligence for M&A activity, operator search and selection - coupled with management contract analysis and negotiations, and strategic advice. We advise on the development of new hotels, working with developers, architects and other development team members to conceptualise the optimal accommodation product for a particular site.
