With offices in London since 1990, HVS London serves clients with interests in the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Known as one of the foremost providers of feasibility studies and for our ability, experience and relationships throughout Europe, we have appraised more than 1500 hotels or projects in 50 countries in all major markets within the EMEA region for leading hotel companies, hotel development, investment groups and banks.
Our team is led by Managing Director Russell Kett and comprised of staff that fully understands the hospitality industry. Most have degrees or MBAs in hotel management and actual hotel operating experience, plus extensive training in real estate or are chartered surveyors and members of the RICS; most speak a second European language.

In 2008, HVS London conducted more than 300 assignments, the majority valuations or feasibility studies completed in Western Europe (50%) and the UK & Ireland (25%). Emerging markets in Central and Eastern Europe (including Russia and Kazakhstan) and Africa accounted for the remainder of work.
Our office is on the valuation panels of several top international financial institutions with interests in financing hotels and portfolios. We also produce the annual European Hotel Transaction Report, which reflects single asset and portfolio hotel transactions.
