We have extensive experience in the Middle East markets, and our services range from developing feasibility studies, single asset and portfolio valuations, strategic advices, operator search and management contract negotiation.

Over the last few years, the Middle East team has advised on more than 80 assignments throughout the Middle East, with total worth of capital employed of approximately US$10.0 billion.

The team is led by Mrs. Hala Matar Choufany, Associate Director of the HVS Dubai office. Hala is multi-skilled in the real estate and hotel industry and is well exposed to several markets- Asia, Europe, and Middle East, having worked previously for the London and Singapore/Shanghai offices of HVS. She maintains excellent contacts with key private and institutional investors, developers, financiers, owners and operators and has a good understanding of their investment requirements. Hala is also fluent in Arabic.
