Consulting & Valuation - Dallas - Overview

The Dallas, Texas office of HVS is the premier hotel consulting and hotel appraisal firm in Texas and surrounding markets of the south central U.S. Our multi-lingual, professional staff handles major portfolio appraisals and single-asset consulting assignments and valuations. Directed by Rod Clough, MAI and Kathleen Donahue, our team works to insure highly credible and quality appraisals.

Our satellite office in St. Louis, Missouri, managed by Dan McCoy, handles projects in major Missouri markets, as well as engagements throughout the Midwest region.

We strive to maintain a three-week completion time frame for our clients, and have certification and licenses in every state which contributes to our ability to mobilize quickly. All associates have certified valuation training and on-site hotel operations experience to equip them with a working knowledge of how hotels work and should perform in their respective markets.

With strong concern for the environment, HVS Dallas has substantially reduced our carbon footprint by limiting the size and quantity of printed documents, recycling and using environmentally friendly products. We support a work-from-home capability for many of our associates to reduce carbon emissions. We also purchase credits from Carbonfund.org to offset emissions associated with employee travel and office operations.
