HVS Buenos Aires hosts the annual South American Hotel & Tourism Investment Conference (SAHIC), the region’s largest annual hotel investment conference, which is held in a different South American city each year. Recognizing the great potential that South America offers for new business opportunities in the hospitality industry, Arturo García Rosa founded this prestigious hospitality-focused event. SAHIC had its inaugural meeting in Buenos Aires in 2008, followed by a highly successful second conference in Rio de Janeiro in September 2009. The conference has undoubtedly turned into the event for hotel owners, developers, and investors to learn how to take advantage of the region’s great opportunities.
