ASSOCIATE

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in hotel administration, finance, or other related fields
Exposure to and understanding of hotel operations
Experience in performing market and financial analysis
Strong strategic and financial analysis skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to develop creative presentation graphics
Moderate travel may be required

Job Location

HVS San Francisco or possibly an alternative location

Responsibilities & Position Profile

Assist in the expansion of the division by identify additional clients that would benefit from the wide range of services that are provided by the division
Assist and support the president of the division with duties associated with the group of assets currently under engagement
Review and analyze operating budgets, sales and marketing plans and capital plans
Review and summarize monthly operating statements
Monitor of capital expenditures, including site verification, and performance against plan
Interact with other colleagues both in the San Francisco office and other HVS locations
Additional responsibilities as required, as required, to maximize the value and investment return of each hotel.
