Mr. Zubin Saxena

Zubin Saxena is Senior Vice President with HVS - New York. Since joining the firm in December 2003, Zubin has performed hundreds of complex national (over 35 states) and international hotel consulting and valuation assignments. These assignments have ranged from individual and portfolio asset valuations, appraisals, and feasibility studies, to identifying target markets and formulating global expansion strategies for prominent international luxury hotel brands. Zubin also specializes in the area of Hotel Management Contract Negotiations, Operator Searches, and Management Contract Valuations. He works very closely with Steve Rushmore on such assignments. Zubin’s industry expertise includes market studies, feasibility analysis, valuations, appraisals, development consulting, investment counseling, negotiation of management agreements, and operator searches. Prior to joining HVS, Zubin gained about four years of hotel operations and managerial experience working with various luxury hotels in New Delhi and Srinagar, India.

Zubin holds an MBA from the School of Business and Management, University of Glasgow, UK, where he graduated with distinction. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM, Delhi. He is currently undertaking classes towards the attainment of the State Certified General Appraiser designation and has substantially completed course requirements.
