Ms. Conroy has been a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) since 1982, and a real estate consultant for twenty years. She is a noted national authority on timeshare valuation, and has authored books on timeshare assessment and valuation, for the American Land Development Association, and the Appraisal Institute. She has conducted hundreds of valuations and feasibility studies of hotels, resorts, timeshare properties, athletic clubs, golf courses, and mixed use resort facilities for lenders, pension fund advisors, life insurance companies and investors throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.
